1. Services
UniqHandy provides residential and commercial handyman, maintenance, and repair services in Central Arkansas. Services are subject to availability and scheduling. All service bookings are confirmed in writing via email or text.
2. Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided through our website or by phone are non-binding until confirmed in a written service agreement. Final pricing may vary based on actual materials and labor required. Pricing is available on our Pricing page.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been agreed to in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and electronic payment. Invoices not paid within 30 days are subject to a late fee.
5. Warranty
UniqHandy stands behind our work. Labor performed by our team is warranted for 30 days from the date of service. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or third-party modifications. Materials are subject to manufacturer warranties.
6. Limitation of Liability
UniqClean LLC’s liability for any claim arising out of services provided shall not exceed the total amount paid for those services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to UniqClean LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
